PAVING & DRAINAGE

Northaven Trail (2A,2B & 2C), Dallas, TX

Project included full PS&E for connection of Northaven trail Phase 2 from Preston Road to walnut hill station, approximately 6.5 miles long trail, utilizing primarily the existing ONCOR utility corridor. Due to narrow right-of-way in certain segments of the proposed trail alignment, several commercial private properties were impacted and therefore stakeholder input was vital to gain public support.  Public involvement meetings were held to coordinate the trail improvements and mitigate the effects on the private properties.
