Project scope included Paving and Drainage improvements along North Carroll and Gaston Avenue. Additional scope included design of associated utility, sidewalks, development of associated erosion control and traffic control plans.
Traffic Engineering Services
• Developed traffic control plans to minimize potential disruption to numerous commercial businesses located within the project limits during construction.
Paving Design Services
• Prepared design plans for reconstruction of approximately 2,500 LF concrete pavement, with commercial/residential driveways, sidewalks and barrier free ramps.
Drainage Design Services
• Designed approximately 2,800 LF of storm drain system. Required utility coordination efforts to identify location and elevation of franchise utilities.
